Why We Built This Site
Arizona records access starts with the office that created or maintains a file. Greenlee County Sheriff's Office handles its reports, monthly jail logs, and local registration work. The Clerk of Superior Court keeps the official felony case file at the courthouse in Clifton, while the justice courts hold their own matters. Arizona DPS maintains the restricted Central State Repository and OffenderWatch. The purpose here is to arrange verified contacts, official search paths, request steps, and known fees around that divided system.

This is a privately run reference site, not part of an Arizona court, police agency, sheriff's office, or state department. Those boundaries mean:
- We do not issue certified court papers, rap sheets, or police records
- We cannot submit a sealing petition or public-records form for a reader
- We do not run an official criminal-history review
- We cannot give advice about a charge, warrant, or case
- We cannot promise that an agency's hours, fees, or contacts have not changed
Only the Greenlee County office or Arizona agency that keeps a record can provide its official or certified copy.
